Joining APMC as General Counsel in 2022, Nolan brings over 20 years of corporate commercial legal experience, including roles as corporate secretary and senior corporate counsel for a major Alberta electric utility, and oil & gas law at a national law firm. Nolan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Master of Laws degree, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 2000.
